Simon T. Bailey is a Breakthrough Strategist whose life’s purpose is to teach 1 billion+ people how to be fearless and create their future. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, including serving as sales director for Disney Institute and has worked with more than 1,700 organizations in 46 countries. Simon is the son of Reginald and Mary Bailey. Simon’s father, Reginald, was born in Kingston, Jamaica and his pet name was “Dudley.” He still has family living in Mandeville, Jamaica. Simon’s mother was born in Sanford, Florida thus making him a JA-Merican. Simon began working when he was 12 years old and believes his work ethic is the result of his Caribbean roots. Simon holds a Master’s degree from Faith Christian University and was inducted as an honorary member of the University of Central Florida Golden Key Honor Society. When he is not working, Simon spends quality time with his two active teenagers, roots for the Buffalo Bills, and serves as a board member for the U.S. Dream Academy, Orlando Health Foundation Board, and Florida Virtual School Foundation.
